We source the raw material as well, so you’re not standing up a meat supply chain to launch one product. You place a purchase order and receive a finished ingredient without having to worry about what happened between those two points.
Why customers hand this over
Freeze-drying at commercial scale under USDA inspection is heavily regulated, genuinely technical, and expensive to get wrong. It took us five years to perfect our processes on the machines we run.
Continuous USDA inspection, HACCP protocols, lethality standards, batch records, traceability. Not a certificate you obtain once, but a set of obligations that runs every day the plant runs.
Every material behaves differently in a dryer. Fat content, piece size, moisture, and density all change the result, and knowing what a given material needs comes more from experience.
Each chamber costs over a million dollars, before the vacuum plant, the ovens, and the mills. That is capital better spent on your product and your customers.
A bad run can destroy the material, damage the equipment, or, if the pathogen kill is not right, make people sick. This is the part of the job you want handled by people who have deep expertise.
Past the finished ingredient
Packaging happens here, and we co-pack in house for a number of customers. Where a job needs encapsulation, pouching, or a finishing step better done by a specialist, we either connect you with a partner we trust or manage that step with them on your behalf. You are not left assembling a vendor chain to reach a finished product.

It is heavily regulated, the equipment runs to seven figures a chamber, and the process itself is genuinely technical — it took us five years on these machines before we were any good at them. Get it wrong and you can ruin the equipment, ruin a batch of material, or make people sick. That is the work we take off your plate, so you can put your attention on the product and the customers rather than on a plant.
