End-to-end manufacturing
USDA Meat Processing and Freeze-Drying, Under One Roof.
Most co-manufacturers can handle one or the other, which forces customers to coordinate across several vendors for a single product. Heat treatment, dicing, freeze-drying, milling, and packaging all happen in our plant.

Four ways customers use the plant
Pick the Level of the Job You Want Us to Own.
Some customers send material and want it processed. Some want the raw material sourced too. Some want it packed and ready for the shelf when it leaves. All of that is normal here.

Tolling & Procurement
Send us your material, or hand us the sourcing as well and receive a finished product on one purchase order.
Freeze-Drying
Custom freeze-drying to your finished spec, with heat treatment, dicing, grinding, and blending in the same USDA-inspected building.
Milling
Hammer and cryogenic milling in house, run to your density and mesh spec by a milling scientist, including high-fat material.
Packaging & Co-Packing
Bulk industrial through retail-ready here, plus trusted partners for encapsulation and pouching.
Why It Matters That It's One Building
Every Hand-Off Is a Place Your Spec Can Drift.
Freeze-dried ingredient programs usually run as a chain: one plant heat treats, another dries, a third mills, a fourth bags. Four schedules, four readings of your spec.
We do all four here. Your material stays inside one USDA-inspected building from raw to finished.
How We Run Quality
Capabilities
What We Can Do to Your Material.
If we can source it, we can freeze-dry it. What happens before and after the dryer is usually where a program gets complicated.
Ingredient processing
Cutting, grinding, blending, dicing, and milling, under continuous USDA inspection.
Heat treatment
Commercial ovens at a minimum of 145°F for seven minutes, rather than high-pressure pasteurization with a chemical or irradiation kill step.
Freeze-drying
Small-batch through commercial scale, run to the finished spec you need rather than a house standard.
Milling
Hammer and cryogenic milling to your density and mesh, including high-fat material such as heart.
Packaging
Bulk industrial through retail-ready, with sealing, lot coding, and custom labeling.
Co-packing
Run here where it fits. Encapsulation and pouching go to trusted partners we either introduce you to or manage the step with.
