Freeze-dried proteins—the core of any hearty, sustaining meal—were expensive, slow to arrive, and came with rigid minimum order quantities that didn’t work for a small, family-run brand like ours. If we wanted to meet our standards for quality, affordability, and fast turnaround, we had to take matters into our own hands.

So we made the leap.
